Culture Đông Son is a Bronze age culture that flourished in the Song Hong Basin, Vietnam. Culture is also grown in Southeast Asia, including in the archipelago of about 1000 BC to 1 BC.
Dong Son culture began to flourish in Indochina during the transition from the Neolithic period and later Mesolitik Megalithic period. Effect of Dong Son culture has also evolved toward the archipelago that became known as the Bronze culture
Dong Son culture as a whole can be expressed as the work of a particular group of Austronesian peoples settled on the coast of Annam, which develops between the 5th century until the 2nd century BC. Culture itself took the name of Dong Son site in Tanh hoa.
Dong Son society is a society of farmers and ranchers are reliable. They are skilled at growing rice, maintaining buffalo and pigs, as well as fishing. They apparently settled in the coastal ridge-ridge, protected from the dangers of flooding, the houses big stage with a curved roof and stretched wide emperannya shade.
